Alycia Lang is a talented young singer/songwriter who has recently entered the music scene with her first album, entitled She Do That. Alycia’s album was recorded in England by producer Craig Pruess. The majority of the songs were recorded when she was 15 years old (a couple of songs were recorded the previous year, at age 14). “For these first recordings, I was blown away by Alycia’s expressive presence on the microphone, her professionalism, and her uncanny ability for soulfully interpreting a lyric. With mounting enthusiasm on my part, plans began to unfold for a full album of songs where Alycia could expand and express the full range of such an astounding voice.” Craig Pruess Alycia began singing soon after she could talk. At three years of age, she informed her mother that she knew she was “here to sing.” She started private vocal lessons at age 7, attended the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and has worked with private vocal coaches. Her performances have included small venue concerts, recitals, clubs, special events, and performances with choral groups. Alycia has spent a large portion of her childhood living in a quiet northern California coastal town. She currently resides in northern California, where she continues to write songs and sing.
